Followed dude1818's suggestion. Original wording was "Whenever an opponent player mills a card, ~ gains "~ cannot be blocked" UEOT."
@dude1818- Good point. Artifact and enchantment discarding can be rather niche, so doing it once and whiffing is real feel-bad. However, hand viewing can be annoying, so I did reduce the power and toughness. A dedicated deck can still see the hand, but now this will die easier, and at five mana, playing another copy should be a chore.
"First time each turn" to "This ability only triggers once each turn." Reduced p/t to 2 to make it easier to remove.
Should be a "only triggers once each turn" effect instead, because what if you gain life before this enters? Also, repeated looking at opponent's hand doesn't seem that fun
"Whenever ~ attacks, if an opponent milled one or more cards this turn, ~ can't be blocked this turn."
+X/+X, where X is..., to +1/+1 for each... -This makes the card more NWO compliant but I fail to see any actual complexity difference here.

2/2 to 4/3
Valid points.
Players gain the advantage of insight to that opponent's next draw as it reveals the top if this creature whiffs. I think that is worth something, although not much.
I will increase the stats.
This seems horrible powerwise. A 2/2 for

that might occasionally yeet itself on attack? That's like worse than a simple vanilla 2/2 where Archmage's Newt seems to have now established that blue could finally get for
.
Looking at and (optionally) putting the top of opponent's deck on bottom is worth nigh nothing, like it has mana value of 0.5 or less when stapled onto a card. While fate seal can be a toxic mechanic when it gets going, an
instant that simply stated Fateseal 1 would not be even close to worth being played.
Honestly with this sort of a harsh drawback I would be considering making this like a 3/4, 4/3, 4/4 or something.
