  Feels black/green, which means it's fine pie-wise. I can appreciate that it works with red burn and also fits into the "Slith mechanic" space black-red had on Innistrad.

  So a fine enough card for the cost.

  I'd guess, it's a bit annoying to have to choose a new creature (or the same creature over and over) all the time.

  Valid for mono-black.

  I'm a bit worried about the efficiency at common. Lurking Deadeye can't block and Fatal Blow a blocked creature in the same combat phase.

  I suppose it's comparable to Blitz Leech. It's probably a matter of fine-tuning to the environment.

  White and blue are not the Treasure colors (famously blue Pirates in Ixalan creating Treasures are e. g. are problematic). Since this can be cast for white-blue (w/o green), Treasures don't seem appropriate.
