Well I would assume (and I'm probably wrong) that as they are still enchantments as they are entering the battlefield they would be unaffected as they only become creatures once they are on the battlefield?
It's got its own set of rules oddnesses though. For example, Fertilid will enter as a 3/3. Scarwood Treefolk will ETB tapped. Okay, those two are the same as under Humility... but what happens when you cast a second one of these with Opalescence and a first one out is different to if you had Humility instead.
