Returning to the
version then. Not worried about being better than Nullify tbh. If needed I'll push it to uncommon.
I figured that bear-people would be better suited for a Europe-centric set.

This is currently strictly better than Essence Scatter and Nullify.
Iva Laska loses a dear friend during the story, and this card represents the state of anger and sadness she is in after that. As a result, she twists her protective powers into something more sinister.
Reduced cost
That's fair. I think its power can be pushed a little.
I'd be extremely thorough and unambiguous and type "another noncreature spell".
I don't think the condition is too easy. Could this be a Stoic Rebuttal-deal/strictly better than Cancel?
Changed name and flavor text, feedback appreciated
Redeseigned to be less confusing with Avenge
Noted and adressed. Thanks for the heads up! It was a design that remained from before I redesigned Glorify into Avenge.
I definitely care, thank you!
That's fantastic flavour for the story, especially the way you told it.
The second chapter looks pretty potent, especially having just done some (limited) removal with the first chapter. And yet Elspeth's Nightmare has almost the same first chapter, and is the same total card advantage, and is a 3-mana uncommon... so I guess this is probably spot on.
