Quite comparable to Psychic Intrusion. The only difference I can see is that Intrusion can grab a card from graveyard. I doubt it costs more because of that. This being Distress++ at the same CMC that exiles the card and gives it to you is a lot.

Aladdin's Lamp reference. The ability and cost of that card don't warrant representation in "real" magic, but I figured giving the player a free scry whenever they would draw a card would be fun.
