Eh; I figure people would work out it means "the power printed on the card". Certainly unusual to see, though.

This is an interesting strategy-hate card. It hangs together; but it feels like it would only get printed if they had accidentally made some overly-easy way to buff a 1/1 into an unblockable force of destruction.

Looking at this card from a Limited perspective...

But also for Constructed this just means it hoses mana bases and the playability of the entire mechanic is dependent of the opposing deck.

I don't know if you can actually reference base power like that. It's also a term that's not as commonly understood as just regular power

The flavor is you make a swarm of pigeons. If you wanna do something more powerful, I think that's fine despite the concepting of the card. This doesn't cost 7 mana just for the 8 1/1s
