You can't be forced to activate mana abilities, so all this does it empty their (presumably already empty) mana pool. What you want hasn't worked since they got rid of mana burn

Huh. I guess the 'or planeswalker' is why this isn't just flat out Murder?

The 'another' is gonna be an annoying restriction though; this can only ever get rid of the second biggest threat on the table. Better hope the biggest threat is yours.
