Huh. I guess the 'or planeswalker' is why this isn't just flat out Murder?

The 'another' is gonna be an annoying restriction though; this can only ever get rid of the second biggest threat on the table. Better hope the biggest threat is yours.

This is cleary a mechanically red design. It's not even "Bane"-y.

The creative work on this one needs improvement.
