I think it's good. Upgraded over Chieftain en-Dal. Could be an uncommon since it is tribal and rather fragile.

I personally would increase the p/t a little (even Rhox Pikemaster is an uncommon, though in this set a 3/3 with first strike and tribal upside might already qualify as rare).
