My main decision in deciding where this should be at rarity is where it plays best at (in limited i suppose. I have been running a pseudo-skeleton in my head for these last two set revamps)

if there are rules issues with the card, they trump it all tho.

How is it problematic? I do this because there are different cards in this set that reward you for having lands both in hand and arriving.

I don't really see any reason for it to not be common; really. It could be uncommon; but I don't think it needs to be.

Not sure why the forest goes via your hand; rather than directly into play (tapped). That's an odd (and rules-problematic) thing.

Rare? No way. Uncommon at most. It would be nice if it didn't have the basic restriction, since green is the color of many Three Visits-like cards
