I like the card. Discarding your hand is a harsh drawback in most circumstances so I think this could be fine if it had a mana cost of or if it had +1/+1 to its stats.

Why is this so pushed? I don't think we've ever seen a vanilla 3/3 for - not to mention one with a significant upside.
