The color slices are ally colors plus their enemy. White is, indeed, enemies with Green and Blue, but doesn't use green mana at all. The main conflict is between white and green, with blue just sort of in support of green. Humans are white, blue, and red. Elves are green, white, and black. Merfolk/Faeries are blue, black, and green.
Well, it's also usable multiple times per turn, and can be out and activating much sooner than Skyward Eye Prophets. Those two suggest it could come out untapped, but I made it tapped so it didn't fuel itself.
The wording is probably impossible, as well. I don't think you can do anything during the untap step, including activating mana sources. Most triggers during the untap step silently carry over into the beginning of the upkeep.
FWIW, I find it somewhat inelegant when a kicker card says "Do Thing A. If ~ was kicked, instead do thing B." It feels like if you're going to entirely overwrite/ignore the unkicked text, you may as well have a split card.
Ha! Astonishing tap ability. The other two at least work nicely together, but I wonder if the tap ability and the islandwash ability might want to be on different cards, just to give the tap ability more room to shine.
There's no rules consequence, since they're all static abilities so they'll apply whenever they need to. For ease of grokkability, I don't think there's very much in it; I'd perhaps put the Moat effect first.
Descendant of Masumaro suggests you could just say "target opponent". That'll normally be the same thing, but will mean instant-speed draw or discard on the opponents' part do a little more. It will also mean you can't activate it if the opponent has a Leyline of Sanctity / Witchbane Orb, but I think that's a price worth paying.
Hee. Cytoshape for any permanent. Very cool. Pity that it'll probably be used as a temporary O-Ring by turning some scary Dragon into a land for a turn. But there are many more things it could do, so that's okay.
doesn't sound very "forbidden". I'd expect that to be or some such. Although, hmm, that is the only affiliation between white and green I've seen this set... are green and white enemies in this set, and white and red allied instead?
Thanks!

Ah. So was Commandeer.

I made it a straight copy of the order for Stormtide Leviathan's abilities.
Changed ability order.
Upped kicker cost.
If I make it , it's then similar to Frightful Delusion.
That's very true. Maybe if it drew a card, then searched for another.
That's exactly the card this was inspired by. It's quite flexible, though the other obvious thing to do with it is kill planeswalkers
What about this? It's much less useful now...
No. :)
It's also similar to Frost Breath, but at sorcery speed to compensate for scaling.
I feared this didn't work, but I didn't know why. Thanks.
Would "Whenever an island you control becomes tapped, tap enchanted creature" work?

Wording is a bit odd. Normally these effects can be circumvented by something like Freed from the Real, but this one can't.
Sleep but as an X spell. Seems fine.
Did Repulse really need obsoleting?
Each half is fine at common.

That's my suspicion too. I think the kicker could be or even .

Probably. It's similar to the Skyward Eye Prophets / Coiling Oracle ability, but by adding black mana, you... get to lose life. Um.
I like it a lot! I wonder if it should be rare, though. Desertion was.

I like it!
Similar to Afterlife but more restricted. Similar also to Rebuke, but with pluses and minuses so that's okay.
