Since the card is supposed to be cast from exile there is no need to use complicated "if"-wording:
- "When this card is exiled from" etc.
Also: "2 life"

Actually... you go quite out of your way to make the player pay a cost, then cast the spell without paying a cost. Could this just be a triggered ability that allows to directly cast it from exile by paying an additional N life?

Fester doesn't say to attach the Aura Curse anywhere, so it just gets put into the graveyard anyway.

Also that "because"-clause is held together with a lot of hope and prayers that the rules are able to cover it. ^^
