Really really good. Over-powered good. Moorland Haunt has seen a good bit of constructed play and this is almost always better. It has Spirit tribal and graveyard hate, but is much less consistent, which was ultimately a big issue. This also adds colored mana, and can be played in any deck with blue. This would be more balanced if the token production cost like, , and I think it would still be really really good.
If you have 20 life and you cast this, then cast Lightning Bolt from your deck, then do it 2 times more the rest of the game, wouldn't you deck yourself incredibly easily that way? This could be used with Laboratory Maniac to great effect, given that you can get him from anywhere in your deck (though, if you have him, a Leveler, a cycling land, and 11 mana, that's an instant win...).
Bwahaha! That's pretty eye-popping. I get to cast one of the top 20 (or 10) of my library, for free! (But it better not be Enter the Infinite if I'm on 10 life.) And next turn the reach is smaller... Hee, I like it.
This turns out a lot different when facing creatures with infect or double strike.
It's usually just "
: ~ gets +0/+1 UEOT", but Parapet Watchers says blue can get that occasionally, and this is slightly bluer.
I like this!
Heh, fun.

Changed from Exile the unchosen cards to put into your graveyard for the purposes of Elixir of Immortality and Reanimation shenanigans.
Hypergenesis or Wheel of Fate?
Getting nugged for 6 makes the doubling slightly less effective. The card you'd want to go for in that case is Invincible Hymn.
If the point is the win via Laboratory Maniac, shall I suggest casting Beacon of Immortality instead?

Chosen card does not go into your hand and removed the option to not cast it. Enchantment can kill you now, but not as likely to deck yourself.
