Really really good. Over-powered good. Moorland Haunt has seen a good bit of constructed play and this is almost always better. It has Spirit tribal and graveyard hate, but is much less consistent, which was ultimately a big issue. This also adds colored mana, and can be played in any deck with blue. This would be more balanced if the token production cost like, {3}{u}{u}, and I think it would still be really really good.
