Tinker inherently is an A/B mechanic. You need the artifacts and you need the cards to convert them into effects. This card provides crucial card selection.

There is a chance I'll split each deck into pairs to make for a Two-Headed Giant product.
Science can be split into artifact-based engineering (that already is the center of the best-performing mechanical bits) and a more abstract "theoretical science" theme.
Faith would be split into worship/devotion and conviction/zeal.

I have cooled on artifacts with only static abilities. This could be an enchantment, though I wouldn't mind an artifact for the Faith deck.

This used to provide artifacts for Science and creatures for Faith, but the go-wide feature of the Faith deck is probably going out.
