Does this want to be a shield? A collar seems weird.

How critical is the reach? Seems pretty important, but you've added it to a great number of cards.

I called it a collar because I imagined it with Avacynian flavor.

Reach is indeed a very developmental addition and may not be important depending on which of the other ideas make it into the deck.
