Changed System of Monads to Swarm of Monads because 'system' doesn't convey high fantasy
added flavour text
altered the card code
Adjusted mana cost from 2U to 1UU so that it's a commitment in limited, and to justify the power level.

Name is a placeholder. I worry I'm undermining my late-game-matters theme with efficient evasive creatures at common. All the same, this one is necessary to fit my all-swamp/all-black solipsism characterization of Black in this set.
I couldn't find a better creature type, but I take it imps are just mischievous; they're not mini-demons. If that's the case, they suit blue fine (though blue is less trickster-themed than I remember).
As I understand it, it's important to print powerful creatures in blue common to make sure blue sees play in Limited. This might be a little too powerful though.
Reprint from early core sets. This was originally uncommon, but the effect has moved to common despite the rules complexity: Contaminated Ground. Here's a little reminder from gatherer concerning that complexity: "The enchanted land loses its existing land types and any abilities printed on it. It now has the land type Swamp and has the ability to tap to add to its controller's mana pool. Evil Presence doesn't change the enchanted land's name or whether it's legendary, basic, or snow." That last line isn't all that intuitive. Also it's odd that there's no mention of non-basic lands. Can I Wasteland an Evil Presenced Library of Alexandria? I'm assuming I can't.
