It's ambiguous. I got it wrong on first read, too, and if you weren't the designer of the card, I probably would have tried to argue with you that you read the card wrong. Here's another possible suggestion for templating.

Switch the power and toughness of target creature you control until end of turn.
Switch the power and toughness of target creature you don't control until end of turn.
Sorry, it really is ambiguous. This could either means "Take two creatures, they swap stats with each other" or "Two creatures both swap their power with their toughness".
Either are perfectly sensible and possibly interesting cards. Possibly somewhat too confusing as a combat trick - the existence of this makes working out blocking combinations really problematic.
Also, of course, if this exists in the second mode then you want to be sure a good 90% of the creatures in the set have non-square stats. And several ones that are worth using want to have very non-square ones. Not a problem, just another constraint on your later designs to be aware of.
Does "Clone and counter-clone" exist already? It seems like a very blue card that should.
Hey there, welcome to Muraganda, try not to get eaten!
The idea behind the plane is based on some Muraganda cards available, like ImperiosaurMuraganda Petroglyphs and Feeding Grounds.
According to these cards, Muraganda cares about basic'ness, reflected in spells wanting only mana produced by basic lands or care for vanilla creatures.
According to Lore, the factions are as follows :"Fang druids live in the valleys, and mages study ancient petroglyphs in the mountains. Saurid warriors live in the south, and elves live in the tropics. Another notable group of inhabitants are the scarwitches."
These are the 5 factions living and fighting on Muraganda, and we tried to give each of them traits that reflect either savagery, survival or basic'ness.
Thanks in advance for every comment, please feel free to critic singular cards or mechanics, I really appreciate all the help!
She was a "Combo" piece for the old Feast mechanic, which triggered at the end of turn. Attack, then if no creature died play her to kill a wounded creature and get the counter at the end of turn. Is pretty easy though and doesn't really fit the mechanic. Eating your prey after a fight is fair game and all, but when the fight is already over? Feels weird.
@Vitenka: Don't worry, it's just -1/-1 until end of turn, not -1/-1 counters. Both in the same set, or even same rotation is a big nono.
Yeah, mine is just for funsies. No real problm with the card. It's good, but not horribly so. As Alex says - just be a bit careful not to put too many similar things in at once.
One probably bigger problem : Your feast mechanic puts +1 counters on things. +1 counters and -1 counters in the same set is displeasing.
No, I think power-level-wise this is fine. Most of the time it's not going to give you a three-for-one. (Though it could be nasty in second main phase after a combat where you pushed through some damage at the cost of making what looked like some unfavourable trades.)
I don't think the price needs to go up. That's not what red flag means. It's not cards you need to nerf - just cards you need to be careful about. (Vitenka's nerf, while funny, doesn't actually remove the flag.)
Is it really that ambiguous? It has the basic templating of "yada yada target creature you control and target creature you don't control" with the effect placed infront of it. It would need "exchange" or "with" to actually mean that you swap their p/t, as it is right now it can't really mean that. I would really like this to stay that way, since "up to two target creatures" could be really strong for just 1U.
I know it can potentially kill 2 other creatures, thought it was quite fair for it's price though and needs a lot of set up to really kill 2. Maybe make it more expensive or mana demanding, like 3BB.
Does it need to be one of each? Maybe "Switch the power and toughness of up to two target creatures" or "Switch the power and toughness of up to two target creatures controlled by different players"? Except that's still ambiguous.
This would get a red flag for being a common that can kill two other creatures, getting a 3-for-1.
(Being red-flagged does not automatically mean "change this card", though. It just means "be careful with this card, check whether that's really what you want to do, and don't have too many like it at common." 10%-20% of the commons in a set can be red-flagged in a typical expert set.)
It is like Inside Out, switches your creature's power and toughness and that of one opponent's creature too. It supposed to be used in conjunction with the Feed creatures to make sure you get the kill while also possibly buffing your creatures.
Basically About Face for 2 creatures. Maybe I will add draw a card to it too.
...Oh! Wait, no, I completely misread this. This is giving my creature the P/T of your creature, and your creature the P/T of my creature, right?
OK, that's completely different. You might want to use a different phrasing to avoid people confusing it for the About Face/Twisted Image effect. Serene Master does this kind of thing, so maybe... "Choose target creature you control and target creature you don't control. Exchange those two creatures' power. Exchange those two creatures' toughness."

I want to see Alex's card made somewhere too :)
Removing the "Up to" mind you makes this a funny potential land-mine if your opponent isn't playing targetable creatures :)

^^ Funnily enough, it is based on Blood Pet with a bonus. The similarity to Morgue Toad is a coincidence, I'm ok with that.

Hee. It's Morgue Toad but with a little bonus curse when it dies. I like it.

Seems a bit bad compared to Inside Out.
