Gibber. Win all combats, gain all of the life. At least it's not a combat trick - but repeatable is just horrible.
Is it reasonable? I hate to fall back on 'dies to removal' but that's really all you've got. Luckily for this 'fight' isn't combat damage (because, uh, it just isn't) so green gets that way of getting rid of it. Blue can unsummon, and cares less about ordinary combat anyway.
So; yeah. I guess this can exist. Can it be priced quite this aggressively? I'd suggest making it more solidly white; splashing this into an otherwise green deck is just evil.
While making this set I learned alot about how scarcely damage prevention is done on creatures repeatably.
