Fey enough? Unsure. Also, really hard to justify as a common.

And, dammit, won't trigger from Dig (which it WAS intended to.)

Yeah, this really ain't a common. This should probably be rare, but could be swung as uncommon.

I think I'll move this ability (with dig fixing) onto the blue mythic.

Hmmm. Yeah, I think I like this new design. It might be more likely to be uncommon, but I could excuse it as a common.

Does the "X can be as big as you like, but you only get counters for actual cards exiled" thing work?

Hm. I suppose the current wording is somewhat ambiguous. You could clear it up by saying "Put a charge counter on ~ for each card exiled this way.", which is a template they use sometimes.
