That isn't really even a drawback since you can also use it to protect it from removal or whatever.

3/1 for {r} isn't really balanced. 2/1 would be much safer that's for sure. Maybe 2/2 so it's still very strong, but doesn't steal games that quickly?

Well... Now that I think about it again, the likelihood of this having summoning sickness all the time is quite high... so maybe it's okay? I would be wary of it in playtesting at least.
