He started out as an ally, but I thought that was probably too narrow for EDH.

Awesome! Fascinating ability; good creature early and late; subtly permits you to build a white-blue EDH deck. Flavour works as a legendary creature. Blinking is a very fun ability for EDH. I think this works really well :)

I'm glad the way color identity works was changed slightly to make him possible. Originally, he was also going to have a green ability, but that was way too many words.
