Should this be a replacement effect or supplemental damage? Basically, Szadek or backwards Belltower Sphinx?

If you keep it a replacement effect, I think it could be cheaper. If it's supplemental, I still think it could be cheaper, but not as cheap as a replacement effect.

As replacement: Cast this and equip it. Great; now I have to hit my opponent for 40 ish, instead of 20ish.

I guess it's abusable a bit if you can know what's on top of their deck- so it does have to cost something, but not this much.

As an additional effect? It still seems fairly marginal (and some players want stuff out of their deck)

Nice effect for the picture though, since "Constipated" isn't a static ability.
