This is a very, very interesting thinning mechanic--almost feels taken out of Dominion. Nicely done.

Damn, it does feel like Dominion! I hadn't even thought of that!

My goal was actually to make a land that feels really cool early on, but that starts causing some trouble later when it keeps coming up in draws. I suspect it probably needs some tweaking (land might not come in tapped), but it's close.

Yeah, you know what? Changed that.

Oh, that is interesting. Now it's almost exactly the same as the dual fetchlands ("T, sac, pay 1 life: Search your library for or...") but putting itself in your library rather than into the graveyard, so the strength is presumably right, but I like your thought that they're better/worse because they thicken your deck with land.
