It's like Sensei's Diving Top but more complicated!
I think that was a divining top; not a scuba shirt :)
But making that more complicated seems like a plan to get dinged for stalling.
Well, since it's one effect per turn, it's actually some built-in protection against stalling w/endless
activations of the Top. It's just more complicated in terms of keeping track of what's happened so far.
