Hmm... with this wording, I'm trying to figure out what happens if it's the last card you have in hand. Is discarding intended to be an additional cost? Otherwise a heckbent player gets to pump a creature with no other drawback.

Hmm, I mean I don't think {1}{r} for +4/+0 at sorcery speed would be problematic, but that wasn't the intention.
