I like it.

Is the 0 ability too powerful?

It's not within bolt removal range; so possibly. Its first use is fine; it's removal for 5 as a sorcery; but getting to do that over and over seems a bit hard to cope with. Still, it costs five, in two colours. I'd probably have made it a -1 rather than a 0. The +2 is weak, but then it's only there to power the ultimate - and what an ultimate! Although it will almost always resolve into "Ah, you're on 8 counters - all my creatures attack your plainswalker."

The [0] is certainly strong. But the [+2] is fairly weak for a 5-mana planeswalker, and the [-9] doesn't directly win you the game. Put another way, the [0] would be the reason people would play this card. So it'd have to be strong.

The closest comparison is Visara the Dreadful. That was 6 mana rather than 5 to kill a creature each turn, could be killed by creature kill spells but not by being attacked, and could then swing in the air for 5 rather than gaining you life.

So as a comparison to Visara, I think this is probably OK.

I agree with Alex's analysis in general, but would have guessed it was still too strong. But then, I'm bad at guessing the power level of planeswalkers (most of the existing ones seem too strong as well :)).

If all planeswalkers are too strong, and this is equal to any of them except Jace, the Mind Sculptor, then it's good. :)

Hmm... On the other hand, I feel this might be a better design if the [0] cost [-1] instead. Remember creatures are the principal means that most decks have of dealing with planeswalkers. As it is, unless you have haste creatures, you can cast a creature a turn and just get it killed by this, endlessly. If it cost [-1] then there'd at least feel like there was an end in sight, or the prospect of a breather turn occasionally when you're forced to do the +2 to gather a little loyalty.

Would the [-9] be correct if it was worded "For each any number of target creatures, its controller sacrifices it and you gain life equal to its power."?

That doesn't sound good to me. "For each of any number...", perhaps.
