Reminds me of Dregs of Sorrow. I think this would be better suited for rare rarity.

Yeah but it is bad, so I think this is okay enough, it is really bad removal anyway..

Well, in addition to the lackluster power level and questionable rarity, it's straight-up hard removal in {w} which I'm not that comfortable with.

Supposedly MaRo agrees:

Okay, well I would like this to be uncommon white removal, if there is no way to do that, what color should i change it to?

Yeah the mana cost is dumb i agree

White can do it as retaliation, or if it's reversible.

A potentially multi-target O-ring would be an interesting thing.

Or an instant that exiles attacking creatures.

The spell as it is could be black: Silence the Believers, Dark Impostor, Sever the Bloodline, Dregs of Sorrow, Hex, Eliminate the Competition, etc.

As for what {w} uncommon removal spell could do instead...

Common effects would be

> Destroy / exile target [attacking] / [blocking] / [blocked] / [tapped] creature [with power X or more].

Redirections: Turn the Tables (rarity shift to uncommon) / Kor Chant (reflavored functional reprint) / Harm's Way

Just Topple or with a twist:

> Put two +1/+1 counters on target creature, then exile the creature with the greatest power among creatures on the battlefield.

One idea inspired by World Queller:

> Quell {2}{w}
> Sorcery
> Choose a card type. Each player sacrifices a permanent of that type.

One multitarget o-ring is Quarantine Field though you could definitely play with variants that exile a set number of permanents. Actually, I also aren't a fan of Oblivion Ring / Banishing Light since most of the time it ends up playing like hard removal and is too flexible. IMO artifact removal should be diminished if not outright removed from {w}.

Tucking, such as in Unexpectedly Absent, Quarry Colossus, and Excommunicate, is also something I'm fond of in {w}.

the other obvious use of this slot is a wrath effect. White gets those at uncommon.

@Vitenka:

Since when has white gotten board sweepers at uncommon? Is there a specific card you are alluding to?

Just did a quick Gatherer search for "Destroy All" or "Exile All" "White" "Uncommon". Getting rid of all the enchantments is obviously a thing. And... heh... there's Tivadar's Crusade. But outside of that, no, it isn't really a thing.

I feel like it should be pointed out that Mass Calcify exists. I'm not saying Dust Hurricane, or Mass Calcify is fair or not... I just find it interesting that by the time you pay to exile one creature with Dust Hurricane, you could have wiped your opponent's board with the Calcify.

Huh; I thought good old wrath was only uncommon. Not sure why I thought that.
