Hmmm. This is interesting. You can abuse it to take a lot of exta turns; but only if you can cast a LOT of spells. And, frankly, if you have an engine cranking out inifinite spell casts, you hardly need extra turns. So mostly it plays out as "Power it up, get the benefit".

It also lets you insert yourself into the turn order, in multiplayer. Which could be a lot of fun.
