Wheeee. Funky. I wonder if the rules handle attacking creatures not controlled by the active player, and blocking creatures that are? Perhaps they do, actually.

I'm not sure they like the idea of an player getting a phase during another player's turn - but dammit, they probably should.

ROFL. That's pretty good. Having a combat phase within another player's turn would probably never see print, but I think it fits within the rules.

You may want to tap creatures that attack as well, else this is often a two-card win combo with 1-mana Lionheart Maverick.

I'm sorry to report that there already is a card named Warmonger. Though, the fact that you made your card a monger leaves me to suspect that you already knew thing...
