The definition of irony: Bad templating on a card that is about bad templating :)

So yeah - this probably should have been worded 'can not untap'. But as it IS worded, it's more interesting - I can, for example, spend {q} on it - the untap gets replaced. At least I think that's the way this unintentional wording goes 'wrong'.

Anyway, yeah - it was intended as an even simpler 'this can attack once' disadvantage.

LOL. Yeah, "does not untap" is an interesting twist.
