> As long as all creatures you control are Knights, ~ has double strike.
Doesn't need the "other" since it's a Knight itself. It's a minor functional change if he himself loses the knight type.
There's really nothing about this card... First/double strike + anthem looks like a heavy- design however.
When looking at tribal legends though, you need to consider the implied commander deck. There are 16 green or G/W Knights that could go into the commander deck this leads. Admittedly, though, there are 19 red or R/W Knights, and an impressive 31 black or B/W knights. So G/W wouldn't be the most obvious combination for the tribal Knight legend.
The other reason for this being G/W would be storyline reasons. If this set has a G/W faction of knights, a legendary leader of them makes sense. But in that case I'd expect to see something a bit greener in the mechanics here.
You are both correct. Yes Alex, there is a faction of G/W Knights called the Deathwatch (Paladins). Will revise to be more G/W. Also, there are over 120 White or G/W knights to choose from in actual cards, plus a whopping ONE mono-green Knight.
Tahazzar, as has been established with other "Lords", they do not pump themselves hence the "Other Knights" which has become the default wording for these kid of creatures.
The "Other Knights" I was referring to was in the last ability as shown in my corrected syntax above in which I decided to omit it.
Though I can't say that I'm fond of the "other creatures get the boost" thing that has been going on with Lords. Has anybody played against a board with Captain of the Watch, two Veteran Armorsmiths, and Veteran Swordsmith? Now, if they just stated "Soldier creatures you control get... (Including this creature.)" it would be just easy to say that, "okay, so your soldiers all get +2/+3", but since all of them say "Other" you pretty much have to calculate the boost for EACH OF THEM again and again which SUCKS REALLY HARD.
