This is the last card in the cycle with Serene Sanctum, Icy Tomb, Scree Slope, and Tangletrees.

Unfortunately, I don't know what ability to give this. White has Can't Attack, Blue doesn't untap during untap phase, Red can't Block, Green loses & can't gain flying, Black I'm stumped.

I have made a big change to this cycle, they all work the same funtionally but only for ONE TURN. As Alex pointed out with Serene Sanctum, a Pacifism that is immune to enchantment removal is kinda broken.
