Um. Kinda difficult to get it into play when it would actually be useful. "Until the start of your next turn" would be a lot better than fogging yourself.

Actually, I find it kind of charming, in a sort of 'bound to get less than 1 star... but that guy who figures out how to use it right will be so damned happy with him/herself' way.
