Inspired by Drugs ForRobots' Doom from the Cards With No Home set. Whilst it is a cool card, Black just doesn't really exile, it prefers to mutilate, hence this version.

I was going to call this Frenzied Mutilation which would fit the mechanics better.

Yes it is, except that it can hit black creatures as well.
