As mentioned on Raid & Revolt, blue wants to have a bit of a theme of saboteur effects. I was thinking I'd like a functional reprint of Scroll Thief, and then I remembered there's another variant with a flavour that fits perfectly into this set. Code Geass has plenty of human rogues stealing secrets, so a reprint of Stealer of Secrets seems highly appropriate.
