This design has a few problems. For one, it's a bad idea to give something a {q} ability with no cost except the {q}: it enabled too many two-card infinite combos. For another, you want to give things haste before you declare your attackers, but this creature won't be tapped until after you declare attackers. It can only give haste once it's too late!
