May I suggest a new wording that I think will do the same but be a bit clearer, and work better within the rules?
Whenever a nonbasic land ETBs, you may shuffle ~ into its owner's library. If you do, destroy target nonbasic land, search target player's hand and library for any number of cards with the same name as that land, put them into that player's graveyard, then that player shuffles his or her library.
