Would be clearer if you included the reminder text "({t}: Add {g} to your mana pool.)" that nonbasic Forests like Sapseep Forest have.

Intriguing card. It's like Evolving Wilds, in that it ETBs tapped but then grants permanent access to one colour of mana. But the "target Forest" bit lets you dodge the ETBT if you have another spare Forest instead. Looks quite good.

I don't think you can put a triggered ability inside a replacement effect sensibly. The hideaway lands only got away with it because it was reminder text, not the actual rules text.
