Fabricate + Smelt, 2UR with cycling
. Exiles and has "if you did" for flavour reasons. (not leaving any left parts for owner to user, if you fail to exile it no material to work with.)
Feels nice when you get both bits.
But kinda painful if you primarily want to search, and your opponent doesn't run any. And kinda painfully costly if you primarily want to blow something up; but well, that's your fault for not putting some artifacts in alongside it.
It should be "if an artifact is exiled this way" (Noxious Gearhulk, Deny Existence)
