I like it. That's a very versatile utility card. Echoing Calm, or Echoing Ruin, or Argivian Find. I'd play it.

Actually, yeah. If "each card with the same" clause was removed, I could easily see this replacing Naturalize as the new artifact hate staple for a little while.
