Uncommon because I'm attempting to keep the level of shuffling low to none at common.
Updating shuffle reminder text.
Removed the shuffling reminder text. Instead of two basic lands, this now fetches any one land.
Turn 1 - Spring Unmarred Proclaim! Turn 2 - Spring Unmarred Sorcery version! But not just a basic land, any land!
This combos with itself by the way, so it definitely shouldn't be a common.
This might push modern urza-tron like crazy, but I don't really consider it something I should worry about. In this environment or in isolation, it compares to Sylvan Scrying and Explore quite well.
Oh I was just commenting because on 15 APR 2017 you brought up the comparison of unc to common. I was just confirming that Uncommon is the right place to be. No change needs to be made to this card, it's good.
After that in the updates notes it can be seen that this used to fetch two basics instead of any land, so it was a different circumstance.
