"a library" -> "their library" and added the loss of 1 life.
Two 1 mana black enchantments at Rare seems a bit odd, though both fill different roles. I like this effect, though it is a bit of a color pie bend.
Although it's a white ability, I don't see any honest reason this can't be black. Seems okay to me. Not sure on the cost. For a real set this would be too cheap, but it's probably fine within the set.
