Shouldn't the wording be something like "Implanted creatures have" or "Creatures implanted with ~ have"? The text seems to be missing something grammatically.
Seems like a complicated ability to grand in a set that imparts abilities via implants.
It prevents damage from creatures that have been blanked (see mechanics) as well as damage from non-creatures.
