­{w} in the mana cost doesn't serve much of a purpose IMO (lowers the cmc by {1} or so?), especially from the flavor side of things (why is a "sea/water elemental" white?). Could be a hybrid if it weren't for the flavor which clearly indicates mono-{u}.
