I feel like I'm forcing these and that the last two haven't been as "right" as the first three designs.

Interesting. Doesn't the first ability say, in a convoluted way, that creatures get halved haste? Probably easier to say that they can attack when they enter the battlefield. The second ability looks almost like a detriment, creatures need flash or something similar anyway to enter in your declare blocker step, so they could have been blockers on their own already.

You can use the second ability to block unlockable creatures. The first ability allows, among other things, a creature that Sun Titan resurrects to attack at that time.

Those are such fringe cases, is that a card for a set where it would matter? Looks almost like a Kamigawa rare in that case.

Well, they are secret martial arts. So that's hittnig the flavour, at least :)

But yeah; kinda nichey. How about a simpler "Creatures that can attack, must do so. Creatures that can block, must do so."

That's totally different. Haha.
