Hopefully entertainingly-broken, rather than just broken-broken. (Awww, looks like split-second isn't quite what I want here. Need something that prevents any kind of response. And, uh, let's make it a sorcery speed thing too to prevent hideous "It's your turn, I end mine. HAH!" stuff.

Some kind of wording like I've got on Force the Hand might do.

And... yeah, this does silly things. In particular, you can use it to make damage not wear off. But Giant Growth-effects might or might not end.
