Interestingly/unfortunately, this probably actually slows the game down, as people work out which lands to tap-for-nothing in which phases.

Yeah. You need manaburn back to stop that :)

The name is a poor fit for the card. I also find it really hard for a template of "Do something". Attacking/blocking should count as somethings. As should drawing a card in that phase :)
