I think this might be more appropriate at uncommon.

That is a scary efficient piece of agressive equipment. An uncommon "You want to go build an aggro red deck" might be very appropriate.

On the flip side; at common means someone might draft a whole bunch of this; and get 5 in their opening hand or something ridiculously hilarious like that.
